หลักฐานการเบิกเงิน (จ่ายหรือไม่จ่าย ?)

โพส นี้จะรวมสถานะการขอเบิกเงินของผมว่าเบิกของเว็ปอะไรวันไหน แล้วได้รับเงินหรือยังไม่ได้รับอย่างไร โดยจะแบ่งตามเดือนที่ผมทำการเบิกเงิน

เว็ปที่จ่ายเงินแล้วจะสามารถกดตรงคำว่า "จ่ายแล้ว [ใช้เวลาทั้งสิ้น ...]" เพื่อดูหลักฐานการจ่ายเงินเป็นภาพได้ครับ
